Captain Representative

      Captain Representative serves as the principal advocate for Captains within the Association, ensuring their operational, contractual, and professional needs are represented.

       Responsibilities:

      • Serves as liaison for Captain-specific operational and quality-of-life issues.
      • Supports Captains through disciplinary, training, or performance-related matters.
      • Provides feedback on policies affecting authority, CRM, duties, and leadership roles.
      • Consults with Scheduling, Training, Safety, and ERC committees on Captain concerns.
      • Works with the First Officer Representative to support cohesive crew-pairing advocacy.
      • Ensures Captain perspective is represented in negotiations and policy changes.

Thank you for the trust and confidence you have placed in me by selecting me to serve as your Captain Representative.

It is truly an honor to represent this pilot group. Our strength has always come from our unity, professionalism, and shared commitment to one another. I do not take this responsibility lightly, and I am fully committed to advocating for every Captain with fairness, transparency, and integrity.

Whether you supported me or not, I represent you. My door will always be open for your concerns, ideas, and questions. Strong representation requires communication, accountability, and solidarity — and I intend to ensure your voices are heard.

Together, we will continue to protect our profession, strengthen our contract, and uphold the standards that define us as aviators and union members.
