Negotiations

The Negotiations Committee is committed to preparing and supporting effective collective bargaining efforts to secure improved pilot pay, benefits, schedules, and working conditions, while advocating for fairness, transparency, and long-term pilot success.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts research, gathers data, and prepares draft proposals.
• Assists the Board during negotiating cycles and discussions.
• Tracks industry settlements, economic trends, and comparable contracts.
• Communicates negotiation progress (as appropriate) to the pilot group.
• Develops educational materials to strengthen pilot unity and awareness.
