      The Training Review Board is committed to ensuring the equitable evaluation of pilot training performance and providing appropriate opportunities for retraining when warranted.

      Responsibilities:

      • Reviews training failures, simulator evaluations, and corrective action plans.
      • Advocates for fair treatment and non-punitive retraining when justified.
      • Collaborates with Training, Safety, and Flight Ops leadership on resolutions.
